We commit to understanding digital exclusion and how it impacts the people we work with.

We will actively seek to understand the needs of our community in regard to digital inclusion. We will identify where our staff and volunteers require training and ensure they are skilled enough to support members of the community.

We commit to delivering on digital inclusion across our organisation, based on our understanding of need.

We will develop and deliver digital inclusion work based on the needs of our community.

We commit to identifying and utilising appropriate resources for digital inclusion.

We will utilize our resources from our esports lab and digital programs to create meaningful digital inclusion programs. We will seek funding and partnerships to ensure these are up to date.

We commit to working in genuine partnership where we can, to promote and advance digital inclusion.

We will continue to work with other YMCA and the wider YMCA network to promote and advance digital inclusion.

We commit to contributing towards a wider conversation, developing a sense of community and being part of something bigger - because digital inclusion is everyone's responsibility.

We will participate in national conversations around digital inclusion via SCVO, YouthLink etc and keep up to date with developments. We will continue to be actively involved in local digital inclusion conversations via the local council's community board digital inclusion sub-groups and the VANL Digital Subgroup.
