What information do we collect?
Simply by browsing this website, SCVO will not record any personal data about you except your IP address.
Your IP address is the individual identification number that is assigned to your computer when it is connected to the Internet. It is required to be used by our EU-based servers to enable you to browse the website. It is also stored for up to a month in logs to enable us to investigate errors.

If you complete the declaration sign up form on the website, you are entering into a contract on behalf of your organisation. Your organisation will be included in the list of signatories and the contact details you provide will be recorded and stored. The contact details may also be shared responsibly with third parties in relation to your organisation’s status as a signatory.
