By continuing to build on our existing Digital Audit, we will further our knowledge of digital exclusion and develop digital skills in our organisation.

NEoN pledges to base our understanding of specific needs in the area of digital inclusion across our organisation by consulting the community on their wants and needs, recognising the latest developments and promoting good practices. We will continue to evaluate and monitor our planned programming, and update our resources in response to feedback.

NEoN are committed to identifying, utilising, and advocating appropriate resources and technology for digital inclusion. Accessibility and inclusion are the foundation of NEoN’s digital programming and form our day-to-day content. We commit to providing our community with the necessary motivation, skills and access to digital technology, such as computer and tablets, cameras and projectors and a range of software and expertise.

NEoN pledges to work in genuine partnership to promote and advance digital inclusion. We will continue to maintain and share our knowledge and resources with our staff, creatives and community. We will look to collaborate more with other charities and agencies, promoting our services in order to reach a larger audience.
We commit to contributing towards a wider conversation, developing a sense of community and being part of something bigger - because digital inclusion is everyone's responsibility.
NEoN are committed to bringing our staff, creatives and our community on our digital inclusion and advocacy journey. We will attend more events and take part in more local and national conversations, promoting The SCVO Digital Inclusion Charter alongside our own work. We will continue to work with the communities to promote digital inclusion and advocate for access to the digital infrastructure.
