We commit to understanding digital exclusion and how it impacts the people we work with.

Through the working of our charity, we encounter many people who are digitally excluded throuh the lack of equipment. We help to rectify their digital shortfall by distributing refuebished digital equipment in the form of refurbished android phonra, tablets, laptops and desktop computers. We also help withdigital access throuh MiFi,s and SIM,s delivered free by the digitral providers.

We commit to delivering on digital inclusion across our organisation, based on our understanding of need.

Along with the distribution of free refurbished digital equipment we also provide and will continue to provde low cost IT repairs where we ask only that the users pay bthe cost of parts. We can also help with this cost if users are having difficulty paying for it. We can provide digital training and education that can move at the individuals need allowing them to progress at their own pace.

We commit to identifying and utilising appropriate resources for digital inclusion.

As previously discussed, we can achieve our commitments through the workinfgs of our charity distributing equipment, connectivity, repairs and education, helping those digitally isolated denelop the skills and confidence to become more digitally included.

We commit to working in genuine partnership where we can, to promote and advance digital inclusion.

Over time we have developed close working relationships with other organisations who are working with people who have other reasons for being digitally and generally isolated e.g. people receivng help with addictions, transferring from homelessness etc.

We commit to contributing towards a wider conversation, developing a sense of community and being part of something bigger - because digital inclusion is everyone's responsibility.

Through the workings of our charity and the refurbishment of digital equipment. through the donation of equipment no longer being used we help give life to equipment and help the general population understand that they may not need their unused equipment, there are a lot of people in their community who would greatly benefit from it.
