We commit to understanding digital exclusion and how it impacts the people we work with.

South Asian communities have a lack of digital skills and this can effect them socially and deter them from being involved in the digital world. We will work with South Asian communities, especially older people and unpaid carers to ensure they receive training and awareness to be digitally active in community languages so that they are supported to learn with ease and at their own pace.

We commit to delivering on digital inclusion across our organisation, based on our understanding of need.

The people we work with have high needs due to language and lack of awareness and fear of accessing the web. We will work with them in small groups and one to one to ensure they are comfortable and motivated to access the digital world

We commit to identifying and utilising appropriate resources for digital inclusion.
