We will continue to work closely with our learners to understand what their needs are when using the digital world, by talking to them and collecting feedback after sessions, as well as running focus groups throughout the year.

We will take the feedback from learners to drive our approach moving forward, involving all staff and volunteers to continuously improve our work.
We commit to identifying and utilising appropriate resources for digital inclusion.
We use online resources such as Learn My Way and the expertise of our staff and volunteers to ensure that each person gets what they need from the service.
We commit to working in genuine partnership where we can, to promote and advance digital inclusion.
We work closely with local community organisations to make sure that our services reach as many people as possible, particularly those from more marginalised groups.
We commit to contributing towards a wider conversation, developing a sense of community and being part of something bigger - because digital inclusion is everyone's responsibility.
We attend events with other organisations in the digital inclusion space and make sure our name and our services are known about in the community, and participating in older people’s advocacy to highlight the particular issues from that age group.
