As a company we act to identify existing resources, both internal and external, that can be utilised to understand digital exclusion within the networks we support. This can involve team discussions, and utilising local consultations. We also act to access funding, training programs, and partnerships that will help us tackle areas of agreed digital exclusion.

Through appropriate forward planning we look to ensure that our internal digital inclusion efforts are sustainable in the long term. This will mean building employee capacity within all of our teams.

As an organisation we recognise the barriers such as cost, lack of digital skills, infrastructure, and social factors - and commit to ensuring where we can that we tackle these barriers through recycling of equipment, promoting digital training and promoting free WIFI access.
