We commit to understanding digital exclusion and how it impacts the people we work with.

We will strive to gather and learn from insights and evidence of how digital inclusion activities impacts the people we work with here in the Highlands; through recording the outcomes and effects of the digital inclusion work we do, analysing and acting on the feedback we receive from service users, and recognising emerging digital inclusion needs.

We commit to delivering on digital inclusion across our organisation, based on our understanding of need.

We commit to delivering effective digital inclusion activities, as an organisation, to a range of marginalised groups and digitally excluded people; by providing 1-1 individualised digital support, foundation digital skills support, group workshops, cyber resilience training, community outreach digital support session in rural and urban settings, device and connectivity provision and digital life task support.

We commit to identifying and utilising appropriate resources for digital inclusion.

We will identify and source appropriate and effective resources required to deliver our digital inclusion services which meet the needs of our digitally excluded service users. These resources will include refurbished devices, donated devices, new devices, connectivity solutions, printed digital learning resources, workshop presentations, online foundation digital skills learning platforms. In addition we will expand and develop our Digital Champion volunteer network which is an invaluable resource when it comes to supporting people to become digitally included.

We commit to working in genuine partnership where we can, to promote and advance digital inclusion.

We will invest in, develop and expand our partnerships with organisations, public bodies and referral partners in order to keep digital inclusion as a priority. We will share learning to facilitate digital inclusion impact in other organisations, locations and sectors. We will work together with stakeholders and organisations to spread the word about our services, their impact and the importance of digital inclusion work in today's increasingly digital world.

We commit to contributing towards a wider conversation, developing a sense of community and being part of something bigger - because digital inclusion is everyone's responsibility.

As an organisation, we will strive to participate and contribute to national conversations about digital inclusion. We contribute to the Good Things Foundation community of learning, we are part of the Digital Citizens panel, and we will continue to seek new opportunities to participate in digital inclusion discussions wherever possible. We will contribute to pooled resources through sharing our impact reports and findings. We will regularly, and consistently, promote digital inclusion at every opportunity in order to advocate for the digitally excluded community.
