We commit to understanding digital exclusion and how it impacts the people we work with.

We commit to support the people of Dumfries & Galloway to become digitally included through the provision of digital skills training and refurbished devices.

We commit to delivering on digital inclusion across our organisation, based on our understanding of need.

We commit to aid people from all walks of life, and ensure that everyone is fully supported to learn digital skills as and when required.

We commit to identifying and utilising appropriate resources for digital inclusion.

We ensure that we make available resources for digital learning such as Learn My Way, and other online resources, in addition to our 1-2-1 training sessions. We strive to provide refurbished devices and connectivity to all those who need them.

We commit to working in genuine partnership where we can, to promote and advance digital inclusion.

We work alongside a number of third, public, and private sector organisations locally to ensure we are delivering our services to those most in need.

We commit to contributing towards a wider conversation, developing a sense of community and being part of something bigger - because digital inclusion is everyone's responsibility.

We are committed to reducing the digital divide in any way we can, and working with other organisations in order to make a difference.
