We will continue to ensure digital participation (rather than exclusion) is at the heart of all the services we provide. While we are a small organisation, we will work with our clients and delivery partners, to understand how digital exclusion impacts our customers and wider stakeholders, continually identifying and improving our services through research and CPD training.
We commit to delivering on digital inclusion across our organisation, based on our understanding of need.
Ensuring all our team fully understand the challenges and needs around digital exclusion, we will continue to champion the importance of inclusion, through not just our internal policies and strategies, but externally through workshops, webinars and public events, ensuring everything we do is digitally inclusive, while also delivering events supporting others to adopt the same best practices.
We commit to identifying and utilising appropriate resources for digital inclusion.
We will invest our own time and resources to ensure we remain fully commited to supporting the need for digital inclusion, and will work with all our partners (in both the private and public sectors) to ensure learning materials and other resources are more widely available for everyone.
We commit to working in genuine partnership where we can, to promote and advance digital inclusion.
We will continue to work with a wide variety of partners (such as Business Gateway, Scottish Enterprise and SOSE), all of whom have a commitment to ensuring digital inclusion and wider accessibility best practices are followed. We will continue to help share awareness on these issues, through our services and marketing platforms.
We commit to contributing towards a wider conversation, developing a sense of community and being part of something bigger - because digital inclusion is everyone's responsibility.
Through the networks and platforms we are active on, we will continue to participate in national conversations and ensure our voices are used to share digital inclusion knowledge and best practices. We will champion the cause and help build a more accessible digital experience for everyone.
