We are committed to increasing awareness and understanding about digital inclusion across our business by creating and providing training for all colleagues. We will continue to promote our existing Digital Inclusion Training across the business and increase awarenesses through our digital inclusion communications plan. In addition, we will work with our data team to understand the scale of customer digital exclusion to enable us to target our efforts.

We will continue to evolve our digital inclusion strategy using a collaborative cross-business approach to ensure it is embedded with our business and digital strategy, as well as continues to evolve to meet ever changing customer needs. We are committed to measuring impact of our digital inclusion interventions to ensure our approach is working and we are contributing to the increase of digital inclusion.
We commit to identifying and utilising appropriate resources for digital inclusion.
We have launched a digital inclusion e-learning across our business and are in the process of developing a digital champion learning programme to upskill colleagues further, specifically those who provide direct customer support. Our aim is to empower colleagues to provide digital inclusion support to; customers; colleagues; friends, family and/or the community i.e. through volunteering for example. We will continue to evolve our digital inclusion strategy to ensure it remains live and relevant.
We commit to working in genuine partnership where we can, to promote and advance digital inclusion.
We will proactively engage with internal and external partners during development and delivery of our digital inclusion strategy. We will take a co-design approach to digital inclusion interventions, doing with, not too. We are developing solutions with, listening to and truly value cross sector expertise and the voice of lived experience.
We commit to contributing towards a wider conversation, developing a sense of community and being part of something bigger - because digital inclusion is everyone's responsibility.
We will share our learning and join the national conversation through intermediaries like SCVO and others. We will endeavour to promote the message that digital inclusion is everyone’s responsibility utilising our network to help reach further across private sector.
